At Prime Start, we understand that you want the best for your young learner. We know that sometimes plans change and we will always try to accommodate your wishes wherever possible. Please be respectful and polite in all communications and try to inform us as soon as possible if a session cannot be attended or you wish to re-arrange to another date or time (if available). If you wish to cancel or re-arrange a session, please give a minimum of 2 hours notice to ensure no financial penalty is considered. Refunds will not be given but a new re-arranged session will be allocated without charge.
